Measuring production results through statistical analysis, Quality Assurance ensures that Sales Representatives and their merchants are receiving the most responsive service available. Additionally, Quality Assurance monitors phone calls and measures the results of each service employee, comparing their performance to the quality assurance standards set for the company.
